Can I purchase non-imprinted products?
You may purchase any item with the minimum of 1 piece at end column pricing.
What is the lead time needed?
Domestic Orders - In most cases, lead time is 3 weeks upon receipt of artwork. Re-orders can be done within 7-10 days.
Overseas Orders – lead time for these orders are 90 days upon receipt of artwork.
What format of artwork is required?
EPS Vector Illustrator artwork is our preference. We will accept artwork in a JPEG format, however, in some cases, you may be subjected to a small art charge, depending on the product.
Can we purchase less than the minimum quantities offered on website?
Less than minimum quantities are available on certain items. There will be a less than minimum charge for these items. For specific costs and product availabilities call 866-576-1017 or submit your request in our contact form.
Do you offer quick turn around?

Do we get to see a product proof?
We will e-mail a paper proof for approval. We can accommodate your needs for a product proof, however we do not recommend product proofs due to the fact that there is a sample charge and a delay in shipment. What if I do not have a logo design?
We have an in-house graphic design staff that will be happy to work with you in creating your logo or design. We would request that you provide us with a theme or direction as to what you have in mind and we will create artwork for you. In some cases, there will be an art charge.
